MPR Reader Registration Agreement

Membership
You will become a registered MPR reader by accepting all terms and conditions of this Agreement upon successful registration. As a registered MPR reader, you can download the audio/video files from MPR Reading Club. Please note that the MPR Reading Club (www.mpreader.com) is the only authorized website for MPR audio/video files. For your own benefit, please download MPR audio/video files from MPR Reading Club only.
Information
1. Please fill in all the required information with accuracy to ensure our timely service. In case of any change to your information provided, please update immediately.
2. It is the user's duty to keep his or her password safe and change it whenever necessary to avoid any possible loss. Loss of password or any other loss due to the user's negligence has nothing to do with MPR Reading Club.
3. A registered reader should take full legal responsibility for all the activities or events related to his or her MPR account.
MPR Registered Readers' Obligations
In case any of the following issues happen, MPR Reading Club has the right to cancel the related user's qualification without any compensation to the user, and the user should take the legal responsibility thereof.
1. One should not upload and/or transmit the audio/video files from MPR Reading Club to any other website or network media for propagation.
2. One should not download the MPR audio/video files with any malicious purpose and should not upload and/or transmit the maliciously edited and/or declassified MPR audio/video file onto any other website or network media for propagation.
3. One should not maliciously disturb the service and operation of the whole or partial website.
4. One should not get the user's qualification by fraud or use MPR Reading Club for any illegal purpose.
5. One should not engage in any illegal commercial activity by taking advantage of MPR Reading Club. No politically or religiously sensitive information should be uploaded to MPR Reading Club. Neither do any pornographic content.
Rights of MPR Reading Club
1. MPR Reading Club has the right to verify, accept or refuse the application handed in by a candidate user. It also has the right to terminate all or partial services provided to a user with a good reason.
2. MPR Reading Club has the right to amend the rights and obligations of the users. It has the right to change or adjust the service contents.
3. MPR Reading Club has the right to send the amended rights and obligations to the registered users via email. After receive such emails, registered users who continue with MPR Reading Club service are regarded as they have accepted the amendments and abide thereby.
4. MPR Reading Club service provided to a is reserved for the registered user's individual use only. Without the authorization by MPR Reading Club, a registered user should not give or transfer his or her MPR membership account to a third party. If any registered user is in breach of this article, MPR Reading Club has the right to recover any commercial loss caused thereby and preserves the right to pursue for any legal responsibilities of the breaching party.
Announcement by MPR Reading Club
1. If there is need to terminate the whole or part of the services provided by MPR Reading Club, a notice should be issued to the registered users in advance; the temporary suspension of service caused by force majeure not included.
2. In case there is a need to suspend the website service for system maintenance or upgrading, notice will be given to registered users via the website home page, emails or other means before hand.
3. MPR Reading Club is not liable to any actual or potential loss of registered users caused by the suspension of service due to force majeure.
4. MPR Reading Club is not liable to any loss caused by the loss of password by the registered users.
5. MPR Reading Club is only providing the relevant internet services to the customers. The cost for facilities to access the internet (including but not limited to the computer, modem and other devices), and the expenses thus occurred (including but not limited to the telephone bill and other telecommunication bills for connecting to internet), have no relevance to MPR Reading Club.
Supplementary Provisions
1. The above terms and conditions apply to MPR Reading Club only.
2. registered users of MPR Reading Club who violate the relevant laws and regulations by not following the terms and conditions listed in this Agreement should take their own responsibility. MPR Reading Club disclaims any responsibility thereof.
3. The issues not covered by this Agreement should refer to the relevant laws and regulations. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the relevant laws and regulations, the relevant laws and regulations prevail. MPR Reading Club has the final power of interpretation on the issues covered in this Agreement.
